This will be great news for OnePlus users, as your devices will soon receive the OxygenOS 16 update. This will be a major update with many new features. OnePlus has officially released the schedule for the OxygenOS 16 release.
According to this list, approximately 19 devices will receive the OxygenOS 16 update based on Android 16. Some of the popular smartphones included are the OnePlus 13 series, OnePlus 11, 11R, Nord 5, and even the OnePlus tablet.

To get this update, you will first need to go to the Settings app, then navigate to the update section and join the beta program. You should then receive the update.
OxygenOS 16 update Features
Some of the interesting features in this new update include AI writing features. You can set motion photos on the lock screen. A sweeping animation called Flow Motion has been added. These are the same features seen in Realme UI 7.
Additionally, you’ll find a feature called Flood Cloud, where the music banner is displayed. The notification bar has also been slightly redesigned for a more aesthetically pleasing look. Since it’s based on Android 16, the security is also improved. The sidebar can also be customized more than before.
