The ColorOS 16 update has finally been released for Oppo K13 5G users. This is a major OS update that also includes Android 16, so the device’s security will be significantly improved. Due to the major update, the file size will also be large, approximately 3.3 GB.
Since this is an official beta program, you first need to open the Settings app and go to the update section. There, you will need to manually check if the update has been received. If it has, ensure your smartphone has sufficient battery power before installing it. After that, you can enjoy the new OS update.
ColorOS 16 Features
The biggest difference you’ll notice in this new ColorOS 16 update is the AI features. It includes a smart recording option where you can convert voice recordings into text. Connectivity is also significantly improved.
Phone screen mirroring and casting options are also available. Performance will be slightly better than before. The experience will be fast and smooth because the Trinity Engine has been enhanced. You’ll get a much better experience in imaging and creation. Not only that, many new video editing features have been added to the normal system apps.
Flux themes have been introduced in a new way. Icons, the notification bar, and other elements will have a new look. Luminous design is also included. This luminous design is especially noticeable in apps like the calculator and compass, which looks cool. And as mentioned earlier, you’ll get even stronger security than before.
