The Noise ALT Buds Open feature a secure liquid silicone hook with a memory wire core, ensuring a comfortable, pressure-free fit during workouts or long office hours.
Unlike basic open-earbuds, these come packed with a 13mm driver, Hi-Res Audio, and the LHDC codec for a much richer sound experience.
It delivers up to 35 hours of battery life, along with a Quad-Mic setup, AI-powered noise reduction, and Dual Device Pairing.

Noise has recently launched Noise ALT Buds Open under their new ALT series. It is an open-ear earbud, meaning it does not need to be inserted inside the ear. It can be attached from outside the ear with the help of a hook.
A few days ago, Noise brought its Pure Pods 2, and it was also open-ear. Compared to the recently launched Pure Pods 2, the ALT Buds Open appears to target users looking for a more feature-rich open-ear audio experience.
Design & Comfort
The biggest advantage of the Noise ALT Buds Open is its design. It uses liquid silicone hooks and flexible memory wire cores. As a result, the hook adjusts itself according to the shape of the ear. Many open-earbuds have the problem of falling out when running or shaking the head. The flexible hook design is intended to provide a more secure fit during workouts and daily use.
The weight is also very light, so even if you use it for a long time, there will be relatively less pressure or pain in the ears. Due to the open-ear design, you can hear the surrounding sounds – it is quite convenient when talking to others in the office, on the street or at home.
Sound Quality
The addition of a 13mm hybrid diaphragm driver combined with LHDC codec and Hi-Res audio makes a massive difference. You can expect a much richer and more detailed soundstage compared to standard budget open-earbuds. There is also a real-time dynamic EQ, which keeps the sound balance right no matter the volume. For those who are concerned about the sound quality in open-earbuds, this is going to be a good option.
Battery & Charging
The earbuds deliver up to 35 hours of total playback on a single charge (with case). It also has an Instacharge™ feature – just 10 minutes of charging gives 200 minutes (about 3 and a half hours) of playback. This is quite enough for daily use.
Features and Performance
Four microphones have been provided for calling. There is AI-powered noise reduction and anti-wind design, which is designed to improve call clarity in noisy environments. Even when talking on the street or under a fan.
- Dual Device Pairing (can be connected to two devices at the same time)
- Noise Audio App support (EQ can be customized)
- IPX4 water resistance (can handle sweat or light rain)
- AI-powered voice assistance
Price & Availability

The official launch price of the Noise ALT Buds Open is set at ₹4,499. However, under the current pre-book offer, you can grab them for ₹3,999. Pre-bookings are already live on Noise’s official website and Flipkart, with open sales starting soon.
It can be a good option for those who want open-earbuds but think that both sound quality and comfort are important. Compared to the Noise Pure Pods 2, it has a more modern design and better audio codec, but you will also see the difference in price.
