iQOO 15T was officially launched in China today (May 20, 2026). It is iQOO’s new premium mid-range phone, which focuses on a large battery, powerful processor and good cameras. This time the company has tried to bring a balanced phone using the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset. Positioned as a performance-focused device with a large battery and flagship-style features.
The previous iQOO 15 series had Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, but in the 15T they have brought MediaTek’s new chip.
Design and Build
The design of the iQOO 15T looks modern and premium. The phone has a new Qingyun color option that looks attractive. The back panel shares a premium design language similar to the Ultra model. The phone comes with a metal frame and has an IP68/IP69 rating, so it will be protected from dust and water. Despite the large battery, iQOO appears to be keeping the design relatively premium-focused.
iQOO 15T Specification – What’s New?
iQOO has focused heavily on the display this time. It has a 6.82-inch 2K Pearl Peak AMOLED display. BOE Q10+ flagship emitter is used and supports 8T LTPO technology. There is a refresh rate of 144 Hz, 1800nits high brightness support, which makes the display experience much smoother and provides good visibility even outdoors.

To run the phone, it uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset, which is much more powerful than the previous generation. By adding iQOO’s own Q3 gaming chip, it will help in making gaming performance more stable. The company claims that it will get frame rates up to 144FPS in gaming. Looking at the specifications, it seems like a powerhouse, but its real power will be known after the real test.
It has an 8000 mAh battery, which is a very large size in the flagship segment. It also has 100 watt fast charging support and Global Direct Power Supply 2.0 technology has been added. There is also a charging bypass option here, which gives gamers a great opportunity to run the phone continuously. You will see it with Android 16 based OriginOS 6 out of the box.
The cooling system has an 8K Ice VC liquid cooling system (8000 mm² super large VC) which reduces heat very quickly. iQOO claims temperatures can drop by up to 15°C in 10 seconds. If it is really workable, then gamers will get relief.
